Hi there, I tried to leave a message on your Under Construction blog but it kept going to preview and I could not type in the word verification for it to post. Here is what I wrote:
Welcome to the wonderful roller coaster journey of adoption!
I've heard good things about Independent Adoption Center. They have a show on WE Network called "Adoption Diaries." It's on Saturday nights. Check your local listing. Also another great one to look into is Adopt Help.
Please feel free to contact me directly to share more about adoption.
Yes! Let's link up. How do we do that!?
All the best,
Angie

Hi Stephanie, thanks for your comment to our blog. Feel free to link to us, we'd love that. I tried to post to your other blog but encountered the same issue as the above poster. I love ICLW! I wanted to tell you that our vet used American Adoptions and had a great experience and loved them! I've also heard wonderful things about Gladney.

Thanks to both of you! I'm sorry that you had troubles posting. I will have to check my html... :)

You can link to me by going to the layout section of your blog and adding a gadget that allows you to list blogs by their URLs. Or, you could click the follow button on my blog.

Thanks for the suggestions! :)

Best of luck to you both. I also had a problem posting on the new blog (same issues as Angie) so decided to leave my comment here.

My wife (author of the In the Present Moment Mom adoption blog) and I (author of the 150 Steps adoption blog) have been grappling with many of the same questions. Just days ago we completed our home study process with the exception of getting the final report. Now we're turning to the placement agency process. We've elected to work with the Adoption Network Law Center, which is based in California but operates nationwide. Thus far, we've had some very good discussions with their staff and also positive conversations with adoptive parents who worked with them. Regardless of who you choose to work with, I wish you all the best. It's been tremendously rewarding and challenging thus far for us but worth every moment.

Looking forward to reading more about your adoption journey!
